SHIPPING POLICY

We understand our customers and we will make sure that when you make an order, we will do our best to deliver the gear as quickly as possible.  The rollers are our in-house manufacturing. The product will be shipped directly to you from our warehouse which means that you will get the product faster.  

The availability status of all items will be shown on the product page once a color is selected as well as on the shopping cart page and order confirmation email also. The products marked as “In Stock – Ships Within 24 Hours” will ship the same or the next business day depending on how early the order is placed during the day. The products marked as “Available – expect 3-5 business days lead time before shipment” will not ship the same day and require lead time before shipment.  Please note that if you select an expedited shipping method, this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after the item is shipped which will include carrier-specific tracking information. 

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order from your shopping cart but once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.
Please note that orders are processed very quickly and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

WARRANTY

There is a lifetime warranty  on most of our our products unless it is mentioned The warranty term on some of the products sold is 1 year. This term starts from the date of the delivery of the product. We ensure to provide a completely free-of-charge part replacement warranty during the warranty term. Any issue reported after 7 days of receiving the product will be treated as a warranty issue. You are required to contact us for a direct resolution of the problem. 

WARRANTY T&C

  1. You are required to share product images or videos of your issue via email at ashwa.pro1@gmail.com Please make sure that you highlight the area of concern so that we can speed up our assistance.
  2. A warranty claim shall be rejected in case of an expired warranty term.
  3. You must have the original receipt of the product as proof of the date of purchase.
  4. Product damaged by natural wear & tear, calamity, fire, and war shall not be eligible for a warranty claim.
