You have 7 Days to return/exchange a product from the date of delivery.
All Ashwa Pro products are reasonably priced to ensure affordability and value for our customers. While we are committed to addressing product defects covered by our warranty, the cost of returning products due to personal preference or other non-defective reasons must be borne by the customer.
Return/Exchange are eligible only in the following cases:
- Return/Exchange request made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product delivered in a physically damaged condition
- An incorrect product has been delivered
For a return/exchange to be eligible, please make sure of following:
- Products must be unused
- Product must be in their original condition with the original tags, manuals and packaging intact.
- Product should not be broken or tampered with.
- You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase of the product.
Return and Exchange shall not not be applicable for color or incorrect purchases.
The product Shipped would be as per the color mentioned on the shopping cart page.
You can initiate a Return/exchange by Sharing Product Images/Video via email Support@ashwa.pro please ensure you highlight the Area of concern so that we can speed up our Assistance.
Please complete the following steps:-
Step 1: Pack the product that you want to return. Ensure you have sufficient packing to keep the product safe. Moreover, our customer support team is happy to help if required.
Step 2: If your location is not serviceable by our logistic partners, we would need your assistance to ship the item to us. You will receive details from our costumer support team on where the items need to be shipped.
Step 3: You Should Receive an email as soon as we receive your items.
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a Refund/Exchange in 7 working days.
